1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Maksym Kamakin, trading as RYVOLT, uses cookies and similar technologies on the RYVOLT website.
For questions about this policy, contact:
Email: info@ryvolt.co.uk
For more information about how we process personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
3. How the RYVOLT website currently uses cookies
The RYVOLT website is built and hosted using Framer.
At the date of this policy, RYVOLT does not intentionally use cookies for:
- behavioural advertising;
- cross-site tracking;
- personalised advertising;
- Google Analytics;
- Meta advertising;
- HubSpot visitor tracking; or
- profiling visitors across different websites.
Framer may use limited technical storage or similar technologies where necessary to deliver, secure and operate the website.
Framer may also process limited technical and aggregated usage information as part of its website hosting and analytics services.
RYVOLT does not use this information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individual visitors.
4. Strictly necessary technologies
Strictly necessary technologies may be used to:
- load and deliver website pages;
- maintain website security;
- distribute network traffic;
- detect spam, abuse or technical errors;
- process native website form submissions; and
- provide functionality specifically requested by a visitor.
These technologies are used only where necessary to provide or protect the website and generally do not require consent under UK cookie rules.
The exact technical technologies used by Framer may change as its hosting and security systems develop.
Provider: Framer
Purpose: Website hosting, delivery, security, performance and native form operation.
Duration: Session-based or retained only for the period reasonably required for the relevant technical purpose.
5. Forms, Zoho Mail and HubSpot
When a visitor submits a Contact or Installer form, the information entered into the form is sent through Framer and may be transferred to Zoho Mail and HubSpot.
This transfer is used to receive enquiries, manage registrations and maintain relevant business relationship records.
The current form integration does not mean that RYVOLT uses the HubSpot browser tracking code.
Information submitted through forms is personal information rather than a cookie preference. Its use is explained in the RYVOLT Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
The website may contain links to third-party websites, including social networks and service-provider privacy pages.
Following a third-party link may allow that third party to use its own cookies or similar technologies.
RYVOLT does not control cookies placed directly by independent third-party websites. Visitors should review the cookie and privacy information provided by the relevant third party.
8. Future use of analytics or marketing cookies
RYVOLT may introduce additional analytics, marketing or website functionality in the future.
Before intentionally activating non-essential cookies or browser tracking technologies, RYVOLT will:
- review the technologies being introduced;
- update this Cookie Policy;
- explain their purpose and duration;
- identify the relevant provider; and
- introduce an appropriate consent mechanism where required.
Non-essential cookies must not be placed before the visitor has made the required consent choice.
9. Changes to this policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated when the website, hosting platform, integrations or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page and identified by the “Last updated” date.
